After a ‘baaaaaa’d experience with a previous IT supplier we needed to have a look around to see what else was available for IT expertise. This is when we came across Digital Sheep and invited Dave to visit the trust and discuss our needs and what level of service he could provide. We were very impressed with Dave’s knowledge and understanding of our requirements. So we ‘flocked’ to Digital Sheep and we have now been with Dave for 2 years and his support has been extremely valuable and appreciated.
He is always available to fix what we have broken, we have really tested him here too! As yet we haven’t found anything that Digital Sheep can’t do. We had issues with our website hosting, he solved that and is now hosting our website. At an event we had issues with our silent auction and Dave volunteered his time and energy in to creating and running the auction on the night of our ball – a tremendous success.
We had problems with our Mac and Digital Sheep sorted it. He is a true star and always knows how to fix our problems! ‘Ewe’ can always rely on the service and professionalism from Digital Sheep. I could ‘bleat’ on about the wonderful work they do but instead I would like to say on behalf of us all at the Laura Crane Youth Cancer Trust, a huge thank you to Dave and the team for your continued IT support as well as your support by joining our fight against cancer in young people.

I first got in touch in 2009 after our previous IT support provider pushed their renewal prices up whilst
their level of service faltered. The service came highly recommended by the staff at Huddersfield New
College as well as myself having experienced their professional approach first hand whilst I was a
student there. We shopped around for various quotations but found they were the only company who
genuinely listened to what we were saying & sat down and tailored a solution that we actually could
benefit from, rather than just trying to sell a pre-determined support package.
Our school is based in Rastrick and the ability to call a local number and have immediate, expert
support on our doorstep in the event of an emergency is invaluable. Our internal IT team work regular
office hours but with us also being a residential school, our clients are always using our systems. With
their help and support, we have taken the few good resources we had back in ’09 and built upon them
steadily to create a service which is accessible & reliable and systems which have greater development
potential.
